Martin Jones, an environmental law specialist has joined the legal department of Freeport-McMoran.  Jones was formerly an environmental attorney with Gallagher & Kennedy.

Jonathon Talcott recently joined the Phoenix office of Ballard Spahr. Talcott, a 2010 ASU law grad who also has a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, has been practicing with the Minneapolis office of Fish & Richardson.  He will be specializing in Intellectual Property and Litigation.

Andrew Plattner joined the Scottsdale office of Sherman & Howard as a member of the firm’s Health Care and Wealth Transfer Practice groups.  Andy was formerly a partner with Plattner, Schneidman, Schneider, Jeffries & Plattner.

Leonard Loo, formerly a Corporate partner with Fennemore Craig, has joined Quarles & Brady.  He is now a member of the firm’s Corporate Services and China Law Practice groups.

Rebecca Chung, a 2007 Cornell University law graduate, has joined Quarles & Brady’s corporate group.  Chung was previously an associate with a prominent New York law firm.
